Product Introduction

Screw oil pump depends on stable performance, long service life gradually occupy the market, but the price is higher than the price of ordinary oil pump.

Screw oil pump is mainly divided into three screw oil pump and single screw oil pump.

Both serve different purposes:

● Three screw oil pump use:

Used for conveying temperature ≤150℃, viscosity 3-760CST, non-containing solid particles, non-corrosive, with lubricating properties of the medium.

Applicable pressure range: 0.6-2.5MPa;

Applicable flow range :0.6-123m3/h.

Mainly used in fuel transportation, hydraulic engineering, Marine engineering, petrochemical and other industries.

● Application range of three screw oil pump:

1, the medium for linear continuous transmission, no stirring, no pulsation.

2, small vibration, low noise.

3, high pressure, high efficiency.

4. Simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly.

5, small size, light weight.

6. Slight wear and long life.

● Three screw oil pump structure:

Mechanical seal is generally used.

The pump is driven by an electric motor through a claw coupling.

From the overhanging end of the main shaft to the pump years, clockwise rotation.
