2CY Type gear oil pump

In general, 2CY type gear oil pump is also called KCB type. Both types of 2CY oil pump are universal. It can be used to transport lubricating oil, diesel oil, oil and kerosene, etc., and there are two kinds of materials, ordinary and stainless steel, to choose from.

Type 2CY gear oil pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of oil with viscosity below 300 C.S.T, such as crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, animal and vegetable oil, etc.

Equipped with copper gear can transport low flash point liquid, such as gasoline, benzene, etc.

The temperature of the medium does not exceed 70℃, and the service temperature of the high-temperature oil pump does not exceed 300℃.

The pump itself with a safety valve, overload when the role of safety protection.

Application of 2CY gear oil pump

1, KCB/2CY series gear pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of oil, such as heavy oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, with copper gear can transport low liquid, such as gas oil, benzene, etc., the unit also produces stainless steel gear pump can transport drinks and corrosive liquids.

2, KCB/2CY series gear oil pump is not suitable for containing hard particles or fibers, the suitable viscosity is 5* 10-5 ~1.5*103m2/s.

The temperature is not high 70℃, if you need to transport high temperature liquid, please use high temperature resistant gear pump, can transport liquid below 300℃.

KCB/2CY series gear oil pump structure description:

KCB/2CY series gear oil pump is composed of pump body, gear, front and rear pump cover, safety valve, bearing and sealing device, etc.

1. The pump body, front and back cover and other parts are gray cast iron, and the gear is made of high-quality carbon steel;

It can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to customer's requirements.

2. Safety valve.

2CY series gear type lubrication pump itself does not have a safety valve, the user needs to install the safety valve in the pipeline system when using.

Series KCB,2CY geared pump is equipped with a safety valve above the rear pump cover or pump body in case of pump or discharge line failure

When the discharge valve is completely closed and high pressure and high pressure impact is produced, the safety valve will automatically open, discharge part or all of the high pressure liquid back to the suction chamber, so as to play a role in the safety protection of the pump and pipeline.

3. Bearing.

2CY series gear type lubrication pump adopts DU bearing;

Tin-bronze bearings can be used according to customer requirements.

&0818.3-83.3, 2CY1.1 gear oil pump adopts DU bearing;

Tin-bronze bearings can be used according to customer requirements.

KCB133-960, 2CY8-60 gear oil pump has three structures: DU bearing, tin bronze bearing and rolling bearing, which should be indicated when ordering.

If not indicated when ordering, supply according to DU bearing structure.

The bearing is of built-in type, which is lubricated by the conveying medium.

011 bearings and tin-bronze bearings can work in non-lubricating media.

4, shaft seal.

The shaft seal of this series of products has three kinds of structure: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal and packing seal.

A. skeleton oil seal: skeleton oil seal is characterized by easy maintenance and replacement, low cost, but short life.

Butyritrile rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for 1001: the following working environment;

Fluororubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for the working environment below 200℃.

B.1 Mechanical seal: mechanical seal is characterized by reliable sealing, long service life and high cost.

The matrix of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static viewing media are made of YG8 carbide or YG8- graphite respectively, and the operating temperature is below 200℃.

C. Packing seal: Packing seal is only used for high temperature oil pump, which is characterized by high temperature resistance and a small amount of leakage.

In the process of use, it should be adjusted frequently according to the leakage situation, and the use temperature should be below 250℃.

The type of sealing structure required by the user should be indicated when ordering.

5. Type of inlet and outlet:

The inlet and outlet of 2CY series gear lubrication pump are English pipe threads (G) corresponding to the diameter, which are directly made on the pump body.

Other pumps are not equipped with flanges. When users need flanges, it should be indicated in the order.

6. The pump is connected with the motor by elastic coupling, and installed on the common chassis.
