3. Sales of products

At present Botou pump plant marketing is divided into two parts.

For the sales within Shengli Oilfield, the sales personnel of the branch plant are in charge of the sales personnel, only 4-5 people, directly under the management of the director of the branch plant.

Sales outside the oil field will be handled by the sales department of the main plant.

The sales company of the main factory has a total of 23 people, who are responsible for the sales of all products of the whole factory, and are directly under the leadership of the main factory.

In Shengli Oilfield, the sales channel mainly relies on the supply department of each oil production plant to get the supply plan and sell through various ways.

Outside the oil field, it is through the sales company's various offices to contact the export sales.

The service center under the main factory is responsible for all kinds of technical services during the use of the products. The sales department will inform the branch factory of any problems arising from the use of the products, and the branch factory will arrange the service department to solve them.

As the service center staff usually only in the main plant, so the service rate is not very high.
