First of all, the pump will be caused by cavitation problems: cavitation by the main pump inlet pipe resistance pump, transmission medium gas, irrigation pump shortage, pump can not head and other reasons.

Pump cavitation is the biggest damage, cavitation occurs, the pump severe vibration, serious damage to the balance, will lead to pump bearing, rotor or impeller damage.

This is a common cause of pump failure.

Second, there is no medium or small flow of transmission medium: rotor spindle and stable bearing dry friction, combustion bearing.

The pump is lubricated and cooled to the sliding bearing through the conveying medium.

In the absence of inlet or outlet valves, sliding bearings are damaged by high temperature resulting from lubrication and cooling of the transmission medium.

Third, to prevent particles from getting in

1. Do not let ferromagnetic impurities and particles into the magnetic drive and bearing friction pair.

2. It is easy to crystallize or wash the conveying medium (stop pouring the pump in the oil pump chamber, and discharge it clean after 1 minute of operation) to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.

3. Contains solid particles. The filter is used as transport medium at the inlet of the pump pipe
