Inspection of gear oil pump tubing and pump itself

 

First, tubing inspection

 

(1) Check whether there is oil leakage or not in each oil pipe.

 

② Open and close the inlet and outlet gate of the gear oil pump to check its tightness and reliability.

 

(3) flow passage inspection.

The main contents of the flow passage inspection are: a. Check the smoothness and sealing of the flow passage;

B. Check whether there is leakage in the inlet pipe, valve, concrete joint surface and gear oil pump housing;

C. Vacuum to check the sealing properties of the vacuum damage valve and oil seal;

D. Open and close the access gate, quick gate, working gate and valve to check their tightness and reliability.

 

Inspection of gear oil pump

 

(1) Check whether the clearance between the impeller and the impeller shell is the same in all directions.

 

(2) check whether the connection between the blade and the hub is firm, and whether the installation Angle of the blade is the same.

 

(3) adjust the water pump to adjust the blade Angle test.

 

(4) technical oil supply and oil filling test, check whether the oil seal leakage meets the requirements, check the water cooling of the gear oil pump bearing body and the lubrication of the rubber guide bearing.

Through the cooling water, check whether the tightness of the cooler meets the requirements and the accuracy of the indication signal.

 

Check the oil level of the bearing body of the stainless steel oil pump and the tightness of the bearing, check whether the oil quality and oil level of the bearing and bearing lubricating oil meet the requirements.
