Inspection of KCB/2CY series oil pump motor

 

(1) Check whether the clearance between the motor stator and rotor is the same in all directions, and whether there is debris in the clearance.

 

② Check whether the motor line groove is sundry, especially the metal conductive material, to prevent the motor from short circuit.

 

(3) Check whether the nut of the rotating part is tightened to prevent accidents during operation.

 

(4) Check whether the upper and lower fan angles of the motor rotor meet the requirements.

 

⑤ Check whether the bearing and motor stator thermometer meet the design requirements.

 

Check the phase sequence of the motor.

 

Inspection and trial operation of auxiliary equipment of KCB/2CY series oil pump

 

Check and adjust the oil, gas, water system signal and the accuracy of the actuator action.

 

Check whether the pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, liquid level gauge, thermometer and so on are normal.

 

(3) the auxiliary equipment for a single operation, and then the joint operation, check the whole system of association.
