1. This pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of oil.

It can transport liquid below 300℃.

This stainless steel gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump.

It is mainly composed of pump body, gear, bearing seat, safety valve, bearing and sealing device, etc.

Centrifugal pump body, bearing seat for gray cast iron, gear made of high quality carbon steel.

It can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to the special needs of users.

There is a stuffing box chamber on the bearing seat, which plays an axial sealing role.

The pump adopts skeleton seal device.

Bearing adopts single row centripetal ball bearing.

KCB-18.3 ~ 83.3 pump adopts three oil-resistant rubber rings and a retaining ring in the middle of the lining. Two nuts on the pressing cover are adjusted to adjust the degree of sealing. The bearing adopts copper-based powder oil-bearing.

In addition, this series of pumps can be used packing seal to good elasticity.

Flexible graphite with high temperature and low temperature resistance, stable chemical properties and self-lubricating properties is used as packing.

The gear oil pump is equipped with a safety valve, which will open automatically when the pump or the discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is completely closed by mistake, resulting in high pressure and high-pressure impact.

Discharge part or all of the high pressure liquid back to the low pressure chamber, so as to play a role of safety protection for the pump and pipeline.

3. Matters needing attention when using KCB type gear oil pump

1. Install the gear oil pump

A. Before installation, check whether the pump is damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor is damp, and whether the dust cover at the inlet and outlet of the pump is damaged so that dirt enters the inside of the pump chamber.

B. Before installing the pipe, the inner wall of the pipe should be cleaned with water or steam.

During installation, the weight of the pipeline should be avoided by the pump, so as not to affect the accuracy and life of the pump.

C. Gear oil pump should be as close to the oil pool as possible;

The connecting parts of the pipeline shall not leak air or liquid, otherwise the phenomenon of not being able to absorb liquid will occur.

D. In order to prevent particulate miscellaneous shield and other dirt from entering the pump, a metal filter screen should be installed at the suction inlet with filtration accuracy of 30 mesh /in and the filtration area should be more than three times larger than the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe.

E. Vacuum gauges and pressure gauges are recommended for inlet and outlet pipelines to monitor the working state of the pump.

F. When the oil pool is deep, the suction pipe line is long or the medium viscosity is high and the vacuum degree is too high, the oil inlet pipe can be thickened in one block.

The bottom valve should also be installed when the suction pipe is longer.

2. Check the gear oil pump before working

A. Whether the fasteners of the pump are firm.

B. Whether the weight of drive shaft rotation is uniform and consistent.

C. Whether the valve in and out of the pipeline is open.

D. Whether the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements.

E. An appropriate amount of medium should be injected into the pump before initial use.

3. Maintenance of gear oil pump when working

A. Note that the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the gear pump should be within the technical specifications specified by the pump.

B. When the gear oil pump has abnormal noise in operation or the temperature rise is too high, the pump should be stopped immediately for inspection.

C. Under normal circumstances, the safety valve shall not be adjusted arbitrarily. If adjustment is needed, it shall be corrected with instruments.

Make the cut-off pressure of the relief valve to the pump

D. 1.5-2 times of rated pressure.

4. Stop the pump

A. Cut off the power.

B. Close the inlet and outlet valve.
