Usage and structural characteristics
The pump is a centrifugal oil pump.
It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, large displacement, high efficiency, easy to adjust, strong self-priming capacity, wide application range and so on.
CYB-T diesel oil pump can be used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products. The temperature of the medium is -20℃ ~ +80℃. The centrifugal pump/self-primer pump is an excellent Marine loading and unloading pump.
It is suitable for oil transportation of oil storage devices such as land oil depot and tank truck, and can also be used to transport seawater and fresh water, etc.
Structure characteristics of explosion-proof diesel oil pump:
1. Diesel oil pump adopts axial return liquid pump structure, the pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, liquid return hole gas-liquid separation chamber, etc.;
2. The bearing of the diesel oil pump adopts single row centripetal ball bearing. The cooling chamber is provided at the bottom of the bearing body of some pumps.
3. The pump body and impeller of the diesel oil pump are made of high quality materials, and the hard alloy mechanical seal is adopted to improve the service life;
4. The working efficiency of the diesel oil pump is high, with strong self-priming ability, and it can give full play to the upper hand in the process of use, improve the working efficiency and quality, and save time and material resources.
