LCW high viscosity heavy oil pump, on the basis of LC pump, to solve the transmission of asphalt and condensate oil, in the pump shell surface or end cover with insulation layer, the use of steam or heat conduction oil circulation of heat preservation of the pump studio, so as to continuous and intermittent work of the pump, provide convenient and good conditions.
LC Roots pump is divided into belt drive and gear reducer drive in two forms.
This pump has the following characteristics: low revolution, high efficiency, small volume, large flow, small power consumption, strong self-priming ability, no oil diversion, easy to use and so on.
It can be widely used to transport petroleum and petroleum products (gasoline can be replaced by copper pump vane) and to transport all kinds of oil and liquid in factories.
Such as crude oil, paint, lubricating oil, glass glue, grease acid, toothpaste and light alkaline (soap processing) liquids;
Food processing can transport a variety of liquids, such as soy milk, yeast, sugar and so on.
Loading and unloading all kinds of tank cars and oil tankers, such as fast, high efficiency, easy to use, can be positive and reverse work.
LC Roots oil pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, gear, rotor, packing, gland and other components, the pump has two forms of belt drive and gear reducer drive, can reverse the effect, the two ends of the shaft is equipped with a framework oil resistant seal, the middle is equipped with oil return device, to prevent air intake or oil leakage.

Roots pump working principle:
In the pump cavity, there are two "8" shape of the rotor vertically installed on a pair of parallel axis, driven by a pair of gear ratio of 1 for each other reverse synchronous rotation movement.
There is a certain gap between the rotor and the inner wall of the rotor and the pump shell, so that high speed operation can be realized.
Because Roots pump is a vacuum pump without internal compression, usually the compression ratio is very low, so the high and middle vacuum pump needs the front pump.
The ultimate vacuum of Roots pump depends not only on the structure and manufacturing accuracy of the pump itself, but also on the ultimate vacuum of the pre-pump.
In order to improve the ultimate vacuum of the pump, the Roots pump can be used in series.

LC Roots pump support or flange and its drive motor should use a common installation base, base.
Flanges or supports should have sufficient stiffness to reduce vibration and noise caused by the operation of the rotor pump.
The motor and the rotor pump shall be connected by elastic coupling, coaxiality less than 0.1 mm, inclination Angle shall not be greater than 1 degree.
When installing the coupling, hammer should not be used to avoid damaging the gears and other parts of the rotor pump.
When fastening the foundation screw of rotor pump and motor, the force of the screw should be uniform and the connection should be reliable.
When the coupling is rotated by hand, the rotor pump should be felt to rotate easily without any abnormal phenomena such as clamping, and then the pipe can be matched.
LC Roots pump oil suction pipe diameter should be large enough to avoid narrow channels or sharp turns.
Reduce elbows and remove unnecessary valves.
Accessories, as far as possible to reduce the pump installation height, shorten the length of the oil suction pipe, to reduce pressure loss.
Pipe joints and other components should be well sealed to prevent air intrusion, so as to control the occurrence of cavitation and cavitation.
Before starting operation, the shell of the rotor pump is filled with the liquid to be transported to facilitate safe start-up.
If the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing point, hot steam should be entered into the pump in advance to preheat the pump, and then the rotor pump can be started.
The direction of rotation of the rotor pump should be with the inlet.
The oil outlet is consistent. If the rotor pump runs for the first time, or is idle for a long time, it is best to run for an hour or so under the condition of no load or small load. If abnormal temperature rise is detected in advance in the running phase.

The outlet pipe of LC Roots pump should also be equipped with a safety valve and other protective devices, so that once the outlet channel of the pump is blocked, the safety valve can be opened to relieve pressure.
