Introduction: Screw type diesel pump is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB10887-89.

Three screw pump is a rotor type positive displacement pump, mainly using the principle of screw meshing, relying on the rotating screw in the pump sleeve meshing each other, the transmission medium closed in the meshing cavity, along the screw axial continuous uniform push to the discharge outlet, to provide stable pressure for the system.

3G screw diesel pump sealing performance is good, the use of mechanical seal, according to the user of different media, mechanical seal friction parts to choose different materials, for high viscosity medium.

Selects the hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance under high temperature.

When the pump works, because the two driven screw and the active screw meshed symmetrically, the radial force acting on the active screw is completely balanced, and the active screw does not bear bending load.

The radial force received by the driven screw is supported along its entire length by the pump cylinder liner, so there is no need for additional bearings at the outer end and basically no bending load.

In operation, a layer of oil film formed between the outer circle of the screw surface and the inner wall of the pump cylinder can prevent the direct contact between the metal, so that the wear of the screw tooth surface is greatly reduced.
