CYB-T diesel oil pump has the characteristics of large flow, high efficiency and explosion-proof. It belongs to self-priming oil pump and is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry and other industries.
Our diesel pump is exported to the major provinces of the country and export;
Flow range: 3-800 cubic meters/hour, caliber from 1 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, up to 14 inch.
The electric diesel pump is equipped with explosion-proof motor for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products.
The medium temperature is between -20℃ and 80℃. It is an excellent Marine loading and unloading oil pump.
It is also suitable for oil transportation of oil storage devices such as land oil depot and tank truck.
It can also be used to transport sea water, fresh water, etc.
CYZ type self-priming centrifugal pump structure:
The pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and so on.
The bearings of the pump are single-row centripetal ball bearings.
A cooling chamber is arranged at the bottom of the bearing body of some pumps.
There are sealing rings in the high and low pressure section of the pump.
Mechanical seal is used at shaft end.
The correct and stable operation of the diesel oil pump is conducive to the smooth operation of the self-priming centrifugal pump and the extension of its service life. Here is to introduce the starting and operation points of the self-priming pump:
First, when moving electric diesel pump centrifugal pump, we should pay attention to whether the steering of the pump shaft is correct.
Second, self-priming centrifugal pump should pay attention to the pump shaft rotation when there is no abnormal sound and vibration.
Third, pay attention to the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. If the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are stable after starting, then the liquid in the self-priming centrifugal pump has been loaded and entered the normal infusion operation.
Fourth, before the self-priming centrifugal pump enters the normal infusion operation, that is, in the process of self-priming, special attention should be paid to the rise of the water temperature in the self-priming centrifugal pump. If the process of the water temperature rise is too long, the water temperature in the pump is too high, the pump should stop to check the reason.
Fifth, the self-priming centrifugal pump in the process of work if the pump stops for some reason, the need to restart, the export control valve should be slightly open, which is conducive to the self-priming centrifugal pump in the process of self-priming gas from the outlet discharge, but also to ensure that the tip in a lighter responsible for the start.
