Various types of diesel pump models have been standardized, and according to the different use of the realization of serialization, with one or several Chinese pinyin letters as a series of code.

Within each series, there are different specifications.

The preparation of pump product models in our country is composed of four parts.

Its composition is as follows:

I, II, III, IV

I represents the suction population diameter of the pump, which is expressed as an Arabic numeral in mm, such as 80, 100, etc.

But the old products are expressed with "IN", namely the integer after the population is divided by 25, such as 2, 3, 4, 6 and so on.

Ⅱ represents the basic structure, features, uses and materials of the pump, marked with the Chinese pinyin alphabet.

Such as B represents a single stage single suction cantilever diesel pump;

S stands for single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump;

D represents piecewise multistage centrifugal water pump;

F stands for corrosion resistant pump;

Y stands for single-stage centrifugal oil pump;

YS stands for double suction oil pump, etc.

Ⅲ represents the head and series of the diesel pump, which is expressed in Arabic numerals with MH20 as the unit.

Ⅳ represents the variant of diesel pump, with capital Chinese pinyin A, B, C.

Such as:

3B33A- means a single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump with suction diameter of 3 inches, head of 33MHZ 0, impeller first cut.

100D16×8- means the suction caliber is LOOMM, the single stage head is L6RRIH20, the total head is 16×8= 128MH2O, the 8 stage segmentalized multi-stage diesel pump;

105F-35- refers to the suction population diameter of 105mm, single stage cantilever corrosion resistant pump, rated head of 35m;

80Y100×2A- means the suction population diameter of the pump is 80mm, the centrifugal oil pump, the single stage rated head is LOOM, level 2, the total head is 100×2-200m, the impeller is cut for the first time.
