(1) Fault phenomenon, close the power switch, the pump can not start: or when the motor starts, the speed does not increase, the pump does not water or a small amount of water.

 

(2) The inspection and analysis of this situation can be from the inspection and analysis of the electrical and mechanical aspects of the problem.

 

If the current is too large, the motor will overheat, which can be solved by checking and adjusting the voltage transformer.

 

The transformer capacity is too small, will make the motor start difficult.

Can be substituted with the appropriate capacity of the transformer.

 

The cross section of the power line is too small, the line is too long, causing the line voltage drop in the starting motor is too difficult.

A larger part of the transformer should be near the line, or the line should be replaced.

 

③ motor two-phase power supply, no current phase, motor can not start.

The clamp ammeter can be used to check the three-phase current, or to observe the meter on the control cabinet.

After entering the two-phase power supply, cut off the power supply immediately, check whether the contact of the power switch is good, whether the wiring of the main circuit is damaged or loose, and the fuse is blown.

 

(4) If there is no problem, please check whether the power cord of the NYP160 high viscosity pump is damaged, whether the cable connector is good, and whether the motor winding is burnt out.
