Our company centrifugal hot oil pump is made of cast steel, conventional RY high temperature hot oil pump is sealed in the form of packing seal, sealing adaptability is strong high temperature resistance, reliable no leakage.
The structure uses the natural heat dissipation structure, the water cooling but saves the cost and improves the efficiency.
This is Botou pump factory in the foreign advanced pump on the basis of improved production.
The whole machine is connected by a bottom plate and a coupling.
They have good concentricity.
It is less noisy to use.
When using RY centrifugal hot oil pump, attention should be paid to the following aspects:
Turn on the switch of the related instrument;
Switch on the power, when RY hot oil pump reaches the normal speed, and the instrument shows considerable pressure, gradually open the gate valve on the output pipeline, and adjust to the required working conditions.
When the gate valve on the output line is closed, the RY hot oil pump cannot work continuously for more than 3 minutes;
At the beginning of operation, the equipment in the production process is slowly heated to 100-130℃, and the hot oil pump continues to operate at this temperature. The water in the heat conducting oil evaporates completely after dehydration and degasser, and then the equipment is heated to the operating temperature.
RY air-cooled heat conduction oil pump should pay attention to many matters in use. Considering from different aspects and perspectives, it can show good use characteristics and value in actual use, and fully show important characteristics and value in it.
How to prevent and treat the seal leakage of RY high temperature centrifugal hot oil pump
(1), the direction of the pump body is reversed, so that the oil pressure port is connected to the unloading groove, and the pressure is rushed out of the sealing ring.
(2) The gland installation is not accurate, and the oil drain hole on the front cover and the back cover is blocked.
(3) The outer diameter of the sealing ring and the aperture of the sealing seat are too loose.
(4) The tubing thread is not tightly matched.
As an important part of high temperature oil pump, the seal of RY centrifugal hot oil pump plays a role of fixing the main shaft and sealing medium.
If leakage occurs, first check whether the selection and installation of seals are accurate, and then check whether the operation condition is stable.
⑤, the oil quality is not clean, the oil return is not smooth.
Sealing structure of centrifugal hot oil pump:
(1) single end sealing: the use of injection flushing, engineering plastic diaphragm pump flushing fluid is about 100℃ to reduce the second line of wax oil, the pressure is 0.05-0.15MPa higher than the sealing cavity.
The outside of gland is quenched with hot water (soft water).
One cycle (10 months) can be used generally.
(2) metal bellows machine seal: compact structure, easy installation, in the same auxiliary system, the life is 2-3 times of the ordinary seal.
(3) double end machine seal: the use of circulation washing, plus external cooling, life is 1.5-2 times of the single end face.
(4) friction pair selection of hard to hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), hot oil pump for high viscosity, containing a small amount of solid particles or the medium produced by crystallization, has a very good effect.
