1. Preparations before installation

1) Preparation of technical data

(1) Technical documents of design and pump should be prepared before construction, and construction plan of RY hot oil pump should be prepared at the same time;

(2) Learn to understand drawings, construction plans and other technical data before construction.

2) Foundation acceptance

The function of the base is mainly to fix the machine equipment in a certain position to make it bear all the gravity of the machine and the dynamic load produced by the machine in operation, and absorb and isolate the vibration produced by the machine, to prevent the occurrence of resonance phenomenon.

Before the installation of the hot oil pump, the competent department shall organize the relevant personnel of the civil construction unit and the equipment installation unit to conduct a comprehensive inspection on the construction quality of the foundation.

It mainly includes the following contents:

(1) The appearance of the foundation shall be inspected, and there shall be no cracks, honeycomb, cavities, exposed tendons and other defects.

Defects should be dealt with if found.

(2) Retest and check the geometric dimension and position of the foundation according to the civil engineering foundation drawing and technical documents of the pump.

If there is no special requirement, the acceptance can be carried out according to GB 50231-98(General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering). The allowable deviation is shown in Table 6-2.

2) alignment

The alignment of the pump is measured with a line hammer according to the center line marked by the foundation, so that the vertical and horizontal center lines of the hot oil pump are consistent with the center line of the foundation.

Make sure there is no difficulty in installing piping or connecting to other equipment.

The longitudinal centerline of the pump is based on the centerline of the pump shaft.

In the longitudinal centerline alignment, can use the method of hanging hammer line side measurement.

The vertical line is hung from the center of the pump shaft so that it coincides with the center line on the base.

The center line of the inlet and outlet pipe flange is often used as the positioning datum and is aligned with the method of pulling wires.

Take the point or line demarcated on the workshop wall or foundation as the installation datum, pull a straight line, and the center line through the inlet and outlet pipeline flange coincides.

Can also be installed and adjusted the center line of the machine pump has been used as the measurement datum to calibrate, so that the transverse center position of the pump body to meet the technical requirements.

Ensure that there is no big deviation when the pump body is connected with the pipeline or other machinery and equipment.
