Brief introduction to rolling bearing of hot oil pump

1: the roller and raceway of the rolling bearing should have no pits, rust spots and other defects, the cage is intact, the contact is smooth, and the rotation is without noise.

2: check the rule of the journal and bearing seat matched with the rolling bearing, which should conform to the drawing provisions.

3: the clearance between the bearing gland and the end face of the rolling bearing should not be greater than 0.1mm;

The clearance between the gland of the expansion side bearing of the shaft and the end face of the rolling bearing should be determined according to the length of the two bearing shafts and the temperature of the medium, and sufficient clearance should be left.

4: special tools should be used for folding rolling bearings.

Do not use a hammer to connect the cylinder.

After installation, the end face of the bearing inner ring should be close to the shaft shoulder.

5: When heating the bearing, the bearing should be heated in the oil temperature of no more than 120 0C for 15-20 minutes. Direct heating with flame is strictly prohibited.
