Safety precautions for maintenance

5: The test run shall be carried out under the unified command by a special person.

6: Special person is responsible for the operation of the opening and parking. The operator should hold the "Safe Operation Certificate" of the post.

7: Set up obvious test marks and prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the test site.

8: Before the test run, check whether the rotation direction of the drive motor is correct. After the correct rotation direction, connect the coupling and install the protective cover before the test run.

9: Strictly follow the pump starting procedure.

10: During the test run, pay attention to whether the operation of the pump is normal. If abnormal vibration and sound are found, or the current exceeds the rated value, the pump shall be stopped immediately for inspection and treatment, and the test run shall be conducted after elimination.
