ZYB-200 gear type slag pump

ZYB200 gear type slag pump has the characteristics of wear-resisting, long service life, longer than the ordinary gear pump life, in order to facilitate the replacement of customers we developed ZYB-200 slag pump and ordinary KCB200 slag pump installation size is the same, so that more convenient customer replacement and maintenance.

Application: ZYB slag oil pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of medium with poor lubrication, temperature not more than 200℃ and viscosity greater than 1500cst. It has strong adaptability especially for conveying medium containing fine particles, such as residue, coal tar, ground oil, foam raw materials and edible oil containing additives, etc.

 

Application: Suitable for glass, foam, building materials, chemical industry, construction, petroleum, grain and oil industries.

 

Structural features: this series of body, pump cover, gear, shaft seal, gland, etc., the pump pressure is high, the transmission of residual oil and waste oil performance is good, tooth surface hard after special treatment, torque resistance and other advantages.

ZYB series of slag pumps adopt self-sealing lubrication, gap automatic adjustment structure, to parts are made of high wear-resistant materials, with compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency, strong adaptability and other characteristics, in the delivery of liquid containing impurities in the occasions, the working life of the pump is 3-5 times longer than the general gear pump.

The design of this pump fully considers the interchangeability with KCB series of ordinary gear pumps, shape and installation size and technical parameters and KCB series gear pumps are exactly the same, so this pump is also called KCB series "strong type", in the delivery of lubricating medium without impurities more shows the important characteristics of the pump's long life, stable pressure.
