The function of ZYB slag oil pump has been improved in Northwest Oilfield. The water cut of some Wells in the 18 fault block of No.4 Oil Production Plant of Northwest Oilfield has been on the rise since September, resulting in a significant decline in the daily production of fault blocks.

By adjusting the oil and bumping the pump together, the technicians of the plant quickly cured the five problem Wells in the fault block.

As of August 11, the plant achieved a cumulative increase of 75 tons of oil in the fault block.

At present, the fluid volume of Well Zhou16-2 is stable, and the water cut has decreased from 76.5% to 46.9%, with an average oil increase of 2 tons per day.

On August 5, the production of well Zhou 16-38 was abnormal.

After comparing the work diagram and liquid level of the two Wells, the technicians judged that the pump was leaking after re-testing and verification, and then arranged to touch the pump.

After touching the pump, the production situation of Well Zhou 16-38 improved obviously, and the daily production volume reached 14 tons.

Through accurate judgment, the production loss is avoided in time, and the operation cost and production time caused by pump inspection are reduced.
