The instantaneous flow of ordinary KCB gear oil pump is described by the movement law of meshing points, while the flow characteristics of compound gear oil pump are described by the movement law of meshing points and their mutual relations, which is more complex.
The study on the movement law of meshing point of compound gear oil pump involves the number and serial number of gear teeth and the starting and ending point of drainage.
1. Serial number of inner and outer gear
The serial number of the corresponding internal and external gear oil pump is agreed according to the serial number of the gear.
2. Tooth profile and its midpoint
The center wheel relative to the gear is the driving part, while the gear relative to the inner gear is the driving part.
The tooth profile line (surface) in the meshing state on the driving wheel is the active meshing line (surface), and the corresponding meshing point is the active meshing point.
The tooth profile of another gear meshing with the active meshing line is the passive meshing line, and the corresponding meshing point is the passive meshing point.
The active and passive meshing points have the space-time consistency, which is the same point.
On the same gear tooth, the front tooth line with the relative rotation direction is the front tooth line, and the active meshing line must be the front tooth line.
The tooth profile corresponding to the front tooth line is the rear tooth line.
During continuous rotation, when one active meshing line is withdrawn from meshing, the next front tooth line becomes active meshing line (assuming overlap coefficient).
