Radial fluid pressure analysis of compound gear oil pump system
This chapter takes standard gear as an example to analyze the radial fluid pressure of each gear in a compound gear pump.
In the normal working process of the gear oil pump, there is a radial movement gap between the center wheel, idler wheel and inner gear and the seal block, and one end of the gap is a high pressure chamber, and the other end is a low pressure chamber.
The pressure of the high pressure chamber and the transition section of the low pressure chamber (the joint part of the top circle of the seal block and the inner and outer gear), the gear meshing point, the volume and Angle of the high and low pressure chamber are all periodically changing, so the radial liquid pressure of each gear is always changing, and it is very complicated to calculate.
To simplify the calculation, the following approximate assumptions can be made:
(l) The pressure change in the transition zone follows the linear law approximately;
(2) All radial fluid pressure is acting on the tip of the tooth;
(3) The gear shaft is not deformed by the radial force, and its radial clearance is uniform along the country and circumference;
(4) The Angle of high and low pressure cavity and transition interval is constant.
On the basis of the above assumptions, the radial fluid pressure of the compound gear pump can be analyzed.
