KCB200 gear pump four common problems and solutions

1. Less traffic

Reason: lack of influence is compared with KCB200 gear oil pump flow water pipe leakage, bottom valve leakage;

Inlet blockage;

The bottom valve is not enough water depth;

KCB200 gear pump speed is too low;

Excessive wear of sealing ring or impeller;

Water absorption height exceed the standard, etc.

Solution: check the suction pipe and the bottom valve to block the source of leakage;

Clean the air inlet or blockage of sludge;

The water depth of the bottom valve must be greater than 1.5 times of the diameter of the inlet pipe, which increases the water depth of the bottom valve;

Check the power supply voltage, improve the speed of KCB200 gear oil pump, replace the sealing ring or impeller;

Reduce installation position of KCB200 gear oil pump, or replace high lift KCB200 gear oil pump.

2. Too much power consumption

Reason: KCB200 gear oil pump speed is too high;

KCB200 gear oil pump shaft bent or parallel KCB200 gear oil pump shaft and motor shaft dislocation;

KCB200 gear pump head is not suitable;

KCB200 gear pump suction sediment or blockage;

Motor ball bearing damaged.

Solution: : Check the circuit voltage, reduce the tooth KCB200 to correct the KCB200 gear pump shaft or adjust the relative position of KCB200 gear pump and motor;

The appropriate pump speed wheel loading KCB200 gear pump choice;

To remove silt or blockage;

Replace the motor ball bearing.

3. Excessive vibration or noise of the pump

Reason: KCB200 gear oil pump installation is not firmly or too high KCB200 gear oil pump installation;

Motor ball bearing damage;

KCB200 gear pump shaft is curved or has different heart motor spindle, not parallel, etc.

Handling method: Stabilize KCB200 gear oil pump or reduce the installation height of KCB200 gear oil pump;

Replace the ball bearing motor;

4, drive shaft or motor bearing overheating

Reason: lack of lubrication or bearing rupture, etc.
