Disassembly and reassembly process of variable frequency gear oil pump

(1) the parts into the pump body must be cleaned with kerosene and coated with lubricating oil.

(2) Any sundry and dirt shall not be brought into the assembly.

(3) When assembling upper and lower bearing pegs and main and passive gears, the thickness difference between each pair of bearing pegs and each pair of gears shall not be greater than 0.05mm.

(4) the clearance on both sides of the gear should be adjusted by paper pad. If the clearance is too large, it is easy to leak back and reduce the efficiency. If it is too small, it is easy to increase the temperature of the oil pump or kill the oil pump.

(5) with a special sleeve assembly of flexible graphite ring or mechanical seal "O" ring.

The flexible graphite ring must be handled with care. It is strictly prohibited to touch and shake the ring. Portebang can prevent cracking or deformation.

The sleeve is equipped with flexible graphite ring.

(6) After the assembly is completed, turn the driving gear by hand to check whether there is uneven weight or sharp jump phenomenon
