KCB stainless steel gear pump maintenance and maintenance:

(4) Close the gate valve of the outlet pipe, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.

(5) point the motor, and try to see if the motor steering is correct.

(6) start the motor, when the KCB stainless steel gear pump normal operation, open the export pressure gauge and import vacuum pump, depending on the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load.

(7) Try to control the flow and head in the range indicated on the sign, in order to ensure that the highest efficiency point of operation, in order to obtain the largest energy saving effect.

(8) In the process of operation, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35℃, and the highest temperature shall not exceed 80℃.

(9) If KCB stainless steel gear oil pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately and check the reason.

(10) To stop using, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

(11) In the first month of work, the lubricating oil shall be changed after 100 hours, and the oil shall be changed once every 500 hours thereafter.

(12) regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping situation in the packing room is normal (it is advisable to drip out).

(13) Check the wear of the bushing regularly, and replace it in time when the wear is large.

(14) when used in the cold winter season, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the lower part of the KCB stainless steel gear oil pump pump body to release the medium to prevent freezing crack.

(15)KCB stainless steel gear oil pump is out of use for a long time. It is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, dry the water, coat the rotating part and the joint with grease and install it, and keep it properly.
