Product Introduction
CYZ explosion-proof self-priming oil pump made of copper impeller, set self-priming and explosion-proof performance in one.
Widely used in oil, oil depot, oil tank loading and unloading, etc., can also be used to transport sea water as a tank sweep pump.
The medium temperature can be transported between -20 degrees -+80 degrees.
The seal adopts the form of mechanical seal, which is a kind of energy saving and high efficiency oil pump.
Permissible working conditions of self-priming oil pump:
Flow range: 3-280 cubic meters per hour
Head: 10-75 m
Revolutions: 2900 RPM
Sealing: Mechanical seal
Preparation of self-priming oil pump before use:
1: check whether the pump bottom bolt is loose, check whether the coupling rotation is normal, whether there is a phenomenon of stuck.
2: check whether the pipe leading to the self-priming centrifugal oil pump pipeline is smooth, there is no leakage phenomenon, if you try to immediately lift.
3: the first use of injected liquid, so as not to cause damage to pump parts.
4: Open the valve on the inlet pipe and slightly open the outlet valve.
