2. Dismounting sequence of 200CYZ-63 centrifugal oil pump:

A. Remove electric motors or all.

B. Remove the bearing body and complete it.

Check radial clearance between impeller and front ring.

Check whether the impeller nut is loose.

C. Remove the screw of the impeller.

Pull out the impeller. Check the radial clearance between impeller and rear seal ring.

D. Loosen the setting screw of the mechanical seal and pull out the moving ring part of the mechanical seal.

Check the Dysprosium surface of the dynamic and static rings for inaction, and check the sealing condition of the "O" sealing ring (or cushion).

E. Tall nuts for turning out.

Pull out the Tall.

F. Remove the bearing end cover.

Remove the pump shaft and bearing.

G. Install in reverse order.
