Overview: KCG, 2CG type high temperature gear oil pump is mainly suitable for conveying high temperature oil with viscosity lower than 1500CST, temperature lower than 280 degrees, flow range: 1-58 cubic meters, pressure: 1.6Mpa
Structure: It is composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, shaft end seal and other parts. All parts are made of suitable heat-resistant materials.
The parts in the pump are lubricated by the transmission medium.
The KCG pump is equipped with a safety valve to prevent overload from causing damage to the pump and motor.

High temperature gear pump (gear pump) is suitable for conveying no solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive high temperature liquid, medium temperature up to 250℃, viscosity of 5-1500cst.

When the gear rotates, the melt enters the teeth of the two gears in the suction cavity. As the gear rotates, the melt is taken into the discharge cavity from both sides. The gear meshing again makes the melt in the tooth groove be extruded out of the discharge cavity, and the pressure is sent to the outlet pipe.
As long as the pump shaft rotates, the gear pushes the melt to the outlet side, so high pressure can be achieved at the outlet of the pump, and the flow rate is largely independent of the discharge pressure.
A complete gear pump includes a motor, a reducer, a coupling and a pump head. The pump head is composed of a pump shell, a front and rear side cover, a gear shaft, a sliding bearing and a shaft seal.
High temperature gear pump belongs to the positive displacement pump, the work depends on the main and driven gear meshing caused by the change of working volume to transport the melt.
The working volume consists of a pump body, a gear groove and a bearing with a side plate function.
KCG type high temperature gear pump equipped with a safety valve, can prevent overload on the pump and motor damage.
