KCB series gear pump (KCB200,KCB-200) is mainly used for conveying lubricating oil in the lubrication system of various mechanical equipment, suitable for conveying viscosity in 10.

E (75c.s.t) below, temperature below 300℃ with lubricating oil.

Stainless steel gear oil pump can transport non-lubricating oil, beverage, low corrosive liquid.

Can also be used as diesel pump, with copper gear can transport low point liquid, such as gasoline, benzene and so on.

Structural characteristics of

This series KCB200 gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal.

After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and is installed with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve.

The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.

The pump has a reasonable design of oil drainage and oil return groove, is the gear in the work under the minimum torque force, so the bearing load is small, small wear, high pump efficiency.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total backflow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range.

However, note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work of the pressure reducing valve, when necessary, it can be installed on the pipeline.

Looked from the overhanging end of the main shaft to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
