Specializing in the production of YCB gear oil pump, YCB0.6/0.6-YCB1.0/0.6-1.6/0.6-3/0.6 until YCB80/0.6, the gear pump is designed by circular arc gear, the use of long life and low noise, YCB gear pump is the first choice for conveying lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, edible oil.

YCB20 gear oil pump | YCB12 gear oil pump gear adopts the design of circular arc form, effectively prevent the ordinary gear pump noise big, short life phenomenon, no trapped fluid is one of characteristics.
YCB gear oil pump can transport diesel oil, kerosene, lubricating oil, cooking oil and other lubricating or similar lubricating medium.
Our products have been sold to major provinces and cities throughout the country, well received by users.
YCB gear pump structure: the pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, seal, steel sleeve, safety valve and so on, the structure is simple and durable.
YCB gear oil pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 80℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500cst), and is used for hydraulic transmission system.
Flow :0.6-60 cubic meters/hour, pressure 0.6-2.5MPa.
Equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total backflow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.
It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range.
However, note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work, when necessary, it can be installed on the pipeline.
In the oil transmission system can be used for transmission, booster pump;
YCB gear pump in the fuel system can be used as transport, pressure, injection fuel pump;
YCB gear pump in the hydraulic transmission system can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power;
It can be used as lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
The pump seal adopts mechanical seal and packing seal in two forms.
Such as conveying corrosive medium can choose stainless steel gear pump.
