Use and installation of 2CY gear oil pump

 

1. The unit should be installed on the horizontal cement foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2, the right coupling should be coaxial, after the installation is completed, rotate the coupling to confirm the smooth operation without negative pressure phenomenon, can enter the operation.

3. The pump is not suitable for conveying unclean oil, so an oil filter should be set at the inlet pipe end.

4. There is no safety valve in the pump. It is recommended to install a safety valve in the gear oil pump discharge pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the system.

5. The installation height of the pump shall not exceed the allowable suction height.

6, the pump steering provisions: from the pump end to the motor, the direction of rotation is counterclockwise.

 

2CY gear oil pump use

This pump is a positive displacement pump, the main and passive gear and pump body, the left and right pump cover composed of oil inlet, oil output two closed space, when the gear rotation, the volume of the oil inlet chamber, due to the meshing teeth constantly off, and from small to large.

A vacuum is formed, the liquid is inhaled, and the tooth valley is brought to the oil chamber. The volume of the oil chamber becomes larger and smaller due to the continuous entry of the meshing teeth, and the oil is compressed and discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying oil.

2CY gear oil pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 200℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500cst) or other liquids with similar properties of lubricating oil and used in hydraulic rotation system.

 

Operating principle of 2CY gear oil pump

2CY gear oil pump is a positive displacement pump. The main gear, passive gear, pump body and left and right pump cover are composed of two closed Spaces of oil inlet and oil outlet. When the gear rotates, the volume of oil inlet cavity increases from small to large due to continuous disengagement of meshing teeth.

A vacuum is formed, the liquid is inhaled, and the tooth valley is brought to the oil chamber. The volume of the oil chamber becomes larger and smaller due to the continuous entry of the meshing teeth, and the oil is compressed and discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying oil.

Structure characteristics of 2CY gear oil pump

This series gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and so on.

Gear has higher hardness and wear resistance after nitriding treatment.

Mounted together with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve operation.

The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium when the pump is working.

The four bearing sleeves in the pump are installed floating in the pump, and the end face clearance is automatically adjusted with the working pressure, so the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolution and accumulation efficiency are high.

Looked from the overhanging end of the main shaft to the pump, it rotates clockwise.

 

 

2CY gear oil pump work matters needing attention

Before starting the machine, all the valves on the suction and exhaust pipelines should be opened, and the coupling should be run to see if there is no jam and no abnormal phenomenon to be approved for installation.
