YCB gear pump unloading groove of all kinds

The type of unloading groove can be divided into three kinds:

1. Double unloading groove is symmetrically arranged relative to the center line of YCB gear oil pump gear

1. Symmetrically arranged double rectangular unloading groove;

2. Symmetrically arranged double circular unloading groove.

2. Double unloading grooves asymmetrically arranged against the center line of the gear

Asymmetric double unloading groove offset to the low pressure side;

Asymmetric double unloading groove offset to the high pressure side (pumps with toothed clearance generally do not use this structure).

3. Single unloading groove

Only the oil suction chamber has a unloading groove;

Only the oil pressure chamber has a unloading groove.

The position of the unloading groove is related to the size of the gear pump's toothed clearance. The toothed clearance or clearance is very small. The distance from the centerline is small, which is only half of the toothed clearance.

General gear pumps mostly have tooth clearance.

The general shape of the unloading groove can be divided into rectangle and circle, and it is more common to use the double circular unloading groove asymmetrically arranged relative to the center line in practical production.
