Points for attention when installing anchor bolts for YCB ge

When installing the anchor screw, the following requirements shall be met:

1 footing screw should be installed vertically;

2. The distance between the hole wall and the hole bottom of the high foundation of the bending part of the anchor bolt should be greater than 15mm;

3. The rust, grease and dirt of the foundation bolt should be removed completely, and the thread part should be coated with clean grease and then a protective cover should be added;

Nuts and washers should be in good contact with the base of the equipment.

Hold the back bolt of the nut tightly and expose the screw to teach 3 ~5 pitch.

 

Specification of anchor bolts, nuts and rings for YCB gear oil pump can be selected according to the following principles:

L The materials of anchor bolts are Q235 steel for small equipment and 45# steel for large and medium equipment.

2. The diameter of anchor bolt shall be based on the aperture of anchor bolt on each base.

2. High distance between two adjacent groups of pad iron :KCB300 pump group is 300-400mm;

Large pump set shall not exceed 600mm;

Skew iron should be placed on top of horizontal iron.

4. The cushion should be placed in a straight position, and the secondary iron should be exposed to the base 10-30mm, and the diagonal iron should be exposed to L0-50mm.

The length of the secondary iron extending into the underside of the equipment shall exceed the center of the anchor bolt;

5. Each group should not exceed 3;

Reflect, such as the base elevation is lower, should use a thicker pad iron;

6. After the normal trial operation of the lacing machine, the two sides of the lacing iron should be fixed by spot welding, and then grouting and plastering.
