Standard for basic inspection and acceptance of KCB gear pum

I. In order to comply with the national technical and economic policies in the construction and acceptance of pump sets, to ensure the quality of engineering construction, to achieve advanced technology and reasonable economy, this specification is formulated.

This code is applicable to the installation and acceptance of crude oil pump sets.

The oil pump used is centrifugal oil pump, other types of pumps should be implemented in accordance with the relevant national and industrial regulations.

In the implementation of this code, the safety technology, labor protection and fire prevention requirements of the project must conform to the provisions of the relevant national standards and regulations currently in force.

This specification is the general requirement for the construction of KCB200 gear oil pump set. If the design drawing or the factory data of the equipment have other requirements, it should be implemented.

For the pump group or the whole machine that exceeds the quality guarantee period, if the same problem is found in the inspection before installation, the disassembly inspection and installation should be carried out according to the relevant provisions in the appendix or according to the design provisions.

In addition to the implementation of this code, the construction of oil pump sets shall also comply with the relevant mandatory standards of the state.

 

II. Basic inspection and acceptance

2. Hand over installation of group foundation.

In the counter-position, the pump manufacturer should be equipped with design technical documents, basic line-setting sketches, measurement records, base elevation, external ruler and anchor bolt reserved foot measurement records, and process handover records.

Before installation of pump sets, the foundation shall meet the following conditions:

1 the strength of basic coagulants should reach more than 80% of the design strength;

2. The height of the cushion iron shall be reserved on the load-bearing surface of the foundation. The reserved height shall be 40~70mm, and the allowable length of the levelness of the load-bearing surface shall be ± Lomm;

3. Allowable deviation between vertical and horizontal center lines of foundation and design axis should be IOMM;

4. The allowable deviation of the contour dimension of the foundation plane should be ±20mm;

5. The allowable deviation of the center distance of the embedded anchor bolt should be ±2mm, and the allowable deviation of the top elevation should be + 20mm

6. The allowable deviation of the center position of the reserved foot snails' longitude holes should be 10mm, the allowable deviation of the depth of the holes should be +3omm, and the allowable deviation of the verticality of the holes should be ±20mm.
