Stainless steel submersible oil pump structure description

WQP series stainless steel oil pump is composed of motor and pump, which are separated by oil isolation chamber and mechanical seal assembly. It is a mechatronic product, motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor), the whole pump is short in length and compact in structure.

Equipped with a variety of protection devices, make the pump reliable operation, its main components are as follows:

Signal line: Equipped with full protection pump control cabinet, the pump is fully protected, including water leakage, phase break, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items.

Motor stator: Class B or Class F insulation.

Leakage probe: this element is installed in the oil chamber, when the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, the probe can send a signal to protect the pump by the control system.

Mechanical seal: double channel series seal, selection of new hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, with reliable sealing, wear-resisting, long life and other characteristics.

Impeller: impeller adopts single channel or double channel structure, has a strong ability to pass through large materials and fiber waste, reduce blockage, winding failure.

Pump body: with the impeller, so that the pump has a high efficiency.

Sealing ring: installed in the pump body at the mouth ring, when the impeller due to the operation of the mouth ring wear, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure the best efficiency of the pump operation.
