The volumetric high temperature oil pump works by constantly changing the volume of the sealing oil chamber.
Therefore, it must have one or more sealed working oil cavities.

When the high temperature oil pump is running, the volume of the oil chamber must be gradually increased from small.
Only when the oil chamber volume decreases gradually from large to small, can the oil be squeezed in the sealed working oil chamber, and the pressure can be increased.
The amount of pressure depends on the oil output from the pump when the resistance (such as a check valve spring force).

This pump oil capacity (or output flow) depends on the size of the number of sealing oil chamber and volume changes and frequency, so it is called positive displacement pump.
