1. If it is used in the tank and container below the ground, please use it within the effective suction range of the self-priming oil pump.

2. When used in the substitute pipeline centrifugal pump and closed circulation system, the pressure of the inlet pipe is too large, it is necessary to install a pressure reducing valve or other ways to reduce the inlet pressure.

3. When the self-priming oil pump is conveying concentrated sulfuric acid, it is forbidden to use water for drainage to prevent personal and equipment accidents.

4. Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the oil pump shaft is flexible and whether the running direction is consistent with the steering mark with the point motion mode.

5. The weight of the suction pipe should not be supported on the outlet flange of the oil pump, but should be fixed on the supporting frame (provided by the user).

Pipe connection part must be tight, no air leakage, otherwise affect the self-priming function, flow, head.

6. When injecting liquid with crystallization and sediment, if the pump is not used for a period of time, the liquid should be discharged from the "drain port" of the suction pump cavity to prevent the crystallization and sediment from being retained in the pump cavity and cause damage when starting the second time.

Refill when using again.

If the liquid is only drained once a few days periodically, please run it for 20 minutes every 24 hours to reduce the degree of crystallization and precipitation.

7. If the pump is stopped for a long time, please check whether the drainage fluid is sufficient from the water inlet or water inlet before starting. If it is insufficient, please fill it up before starting the operation.

8. During infusion, the three indexes of flow, head (pressure) and suction must be strictly controlled within the range specified by the selected model.

Otherwise, it will cause the motor overcurrent fluctuation and affect the normal operation.

9. After the installation of the self-priming oil pump, fill the transmission medium from the water inlet of the self-priming oil pump for the first drainage, and drainage is not necessary after use.

Then tighten the filling screw cap.

11. If the liquid is supplied to the high tank or water tower, the outlet pipe must be installed with a check valve to prevent the water from flowing back in the outlet pipe after the pump is stopped, leading to the impeller turning back and the impeller loosening.

12. When the gas bubble is produced by discharging, the ratio is large, the head is high and the static pressure of the water column in the liquid pipeline system is large, in order to accelerate the exhaust speed and shorten the self-priming time, the outlet pipeline needs to install an automatic exhaust valve to remove the gas in the pipeline and the return valve to reduce the pipeline pressure.

13, such as in the use of pool water in the fire protection system, in order to minimize the water outlet time, and with the inlet pipe should not be expanded, because the flow rate of the liquid inlet pipe has been controlled in the national standard index, the expansion will directly affect the liquid outlet time.

14. The inlet pipe of the self-priming oil pump must be installed with a filter screen to prevent excessive particles from being inhaled and damaging the oil pump and affecting the self-priming function.

15. The drainage port of the unsealed self-priming oil pump ", "vent", "self-priming exhaust device", "outdoor cover", "heat source import and export" have nothing to do with the installation size and system connection.

The "self-priming exhaust device" is only used when the vertical head is high and the static pressure of the water column in the liquid outlet pipeline system is large. It is not necessary to use it in the general process environment.

16, self-priming oil pump is the use of gas separation to produce vacuum self-priming principle.

If it is designed to be used in "the environment with absolute requirements on the liquid discharge speed", the diameter of the suction pipe of the oil pump should not be expanded during installation, otherwise the suction speed will be affected (except for the environment without "absolute speed requirements").
